...Akums form 2019 to 2023. I will feel like very much company culture is amazing. Company provided time to time salary & some time extra activities that's why I liked the company nd. After completed one year company arranged the party functions nd it's a very huge.

There is no job security..... The management want to do anything anytime to you.... Bad working culture. But they are very humbled to health conditions about employees and give medical treatment as soon as possible with experienced medical practitioner.

Akums drugs and pharmaceuticals Pvt Ltd is more secure than other companies. If we wanna learn more then join the akums company. Management of this company is well. there are well policies for employees.

I was given 3years to this company. In this company too much politics have. In 3years they paid only 13500 rupees in-hand as compare to trainee my salary had been same. Due to old managers who regulating the department they gives more increment to those employees who are more attached to managers. If we do honestly and came company only for work then increment will not come. I have given my 3 years in akums company but they don't increase my salary. Please don't believe manager's comments because all the promises are fake. If replacement of managers will not taken place then not good for work.not performance base company. Thank you

Good working environment and culture. Team is supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good.

As we all know, corona pandemic outbreak is all over world. In this situation, employee and employer has to support each other but here in company salary is not provided to employee if he is quarantine. In my view AKUMS pharma is big group that they should provide atleast basic salary to employee during this critical situation as maximum employee has only one source of income. On job training is not given to employees. Employees are not trained for data integrity and GDP.
