A very good company for a fresher to start into brand management profile. You get to handle power brands of the company and good learning opportunities.

Compensation is decent. Growth is slow. Some months can have hectic travels with sleepless nights.

Nothing.. Nonsense work remuneration. Because they pay normal DA to employees as per comparison of hard work load.
