Not job safe ,past year2021 compony has terminated more employees. Working culture compony have GPS reporting. Management not good settlement policy very bed.

I was work akumentis 4.6 year so compony working culture not good I was spend more time this compony and salary have not received the growth. And sales team now not good for past time.

HR HR HR HR : CEO says this is family work on saturdays ; like we dont have family at home HR will save money by not hiking ur salary and will be oversmart in front of CEO HR are doglaaas….. the worst part of this company is HR system : even if u r frm medical team; they will behave like they are doctors of this company lol

Give an ethically target 40-50% hike on target many time personal huge amount adjust for 100% target n salary not execatily this 5-6% only job security is 0 bcz suddenly do any things my other 2 3 division suddenly marge my many colleagues suddenly out

...products are good.If a performer can earn lot of money in the form of incentive. Even in corona time company had given full salary and all the benefits. Its creats more affinity with company

Working in this company will teach you reality of life and fake people. You will learn how corporates cheat. How to spread bribe culture and corruption in private sector ? You will learn to play politics and how to boot-li-ck seniors for progress. This will be beneficial to you in future when you will start own business.

Dislikes

Fraud and cheater. They never pays settlement to employees. They have money to bribe doctors but they becomes beggar when it comes to pay due salary, expenses and settlement of employee. Even so called CEO Dr. Rajaram Samant befools. They have hundreds of excuses to not to play employees. I won't recommend this company even to my professional or close enemy. Those who are helpless and have no option to earn only can join this company. And it is always advised that whenever you need to leave this company , resign only after taking your dues. If they avoid for more than a month then immediately approach to Labour Court. Without legal action they won't pay you a penny in settlement.
