...k environment and culture. The management is transparent and employees friendly. Company policies are good, appraisal are fair and they give good salary hike and allowances every year, and the teammates are more supportive. I am so happy to working with akshaya

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.Some time the Management doesn't address our issues.

Good learning about politics in organisation.

Everything. They don't provide salary on time and also no incentives. You won't get a single penny other than your take home salary. They will include all allowance in salary part but won't reimburse it. Worst politics. No proper coordination or communication. They are not paying PF and TDS also. Think 10 times before choosing this company.

Work life Balance was very much good.proper work hours No problems for taking your leaves.

...s who are close to managers only recognised.Rude behaviours from senior pupil. Delay in salary date F&F settlement are not given on time.It will take a year or so.

Politics Name shake they can do performance appraisal Financial year beginning they will give one target and at the end of the year they will revised your target if your are nearer your target Incentives part they won't release it at all They will say if we are not giving incentive on scheduled time you can catch my collar After that they will forget to wear the dress.

Freedom in work. Freedom to learn. If work finished, no one will ask question. Management respect every one.

Appraisal & Increment not on the basis of contribution. But given on the basis of intimacy with management.
