New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

May be you may find jobs on lots of children organizations. But why Akshaya Patra is different means its company run by both spiritual gurus as well as professionals, such an unique structure. Strong policies. Wonderful CEO and CHRO. Great leadership. Their Down to earth mentality. Also working for Krishna also for children is a great combination. I love Krishna and Children. This is why this many Im working with Akshaya Patra. It is also a Great place to work certified. Ans ISO 22000 certified organization. Purpose of Akshaya Patra to provide hot nutritious mid day meal

...d but when employees want to follow senior management has lots of issue with it. There is no Job Security and if you spend some years and your Salary comes to a good level because of yearly increment they start creating problems with different kind of harassment like fault finding, transfer etc so that that senior employee leave and they find somebody new at less salary & who will follow their instructions as it is without caring Policies which is formed to show outside world because they are taking donation to run the programme. Foe long term it is not a good organization to work.
