Not giving any training. Very bad bad experience in their firm. Not good place for the working. Manager and senior always attitude mode. Boss are very strict. 9 to 6 only work and pressurized. Giving post account executive. In office giving work mail, and calling to vendors only. Not giving proper lunch time also only 20 mint. No tea time and all. A very bad firm.(Akshay enterprise in thane locations)

A very very bad experience in akshat enterprise. Nod good place in work. Boss very strict. Not respect to ladies. On time duty. Self clean your pc, desk and all.

my boss was very transparent in nature, always keep faith in me i can do any challenging and new work efficiently because of my gud learning capabilities, i got a chance to learn new things from net, environment was very good all co-workers were friendly and supportive.

as it was a very small firm i was not getting challenging work to enhance my skill, i was not satisfied with small projects, i was eager to learn more and my senior does not teach me ,i have to learn by myself from net.

Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
