I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.

Nothing, worst no working culture.

Dislikes

Don't join this types of companies, no scope of growth and salary increment. I wasted my valuable time, don't waste yours. They'll give you holiday and deduct your salary. No corporate culture, nothing happening.

Yes the company is innovative and adopts to new technologies, I feel great that I was part of the team that has a global client base. Managers here value an individuals unique strength they are open to suggestions. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Compensation, Appraisals and benefits here are limited, there's no on-job training for freshers, hence senior have to guide them step-by-step which is a pain at-times
