Only timing was good as it was like schools timing but there are problems in this too which I will mention in Dislikes

Dislikes

Management is being run by a "Kitty Party" group ladies who sits on tea and decides whom to expel from job based on their personal dislikes. Fraud is finance as they internally reduce salaries of employee by just showing vague reasons but in accounts shows the same hiked salary so that donors thinks that they are actually paying this high salary. This is just one fraud probably they do more frauds. They treat employees as inhuman as at many places not even proper toilets are available for both male and female and when asked management about this they say this is the way work is going so it will be like this only. Management thinks that any mistakes they do is a process of learning and they actually do mistakes on a very regular basis (daily) but when an employee does even a minor mistake they all jump on the employee head and dances. For him/her to believe that he/she is good for nothing and reduces there moral, such a hypocrites. Management is disrespectful to its employees whereas superficially they portray that they are highly professional. Do not believe employees at all (but they forget that only a thief will believe that rest all are thieves too). They want employee to behave like corporate even though they are NGO. Promotes only people from their "Kitty Part" lobby, no matter how much that person is non deserving.
