Organisation time to time making plan for employee welfare, and establish user friendly work environment,also provide a platform to employee where employee can be apply innovative ideas for growthing organisation, due to all qualities a employee are easily establish balance in work life and get excellent experience .

It's ultimately good if u have talent to justify your skills, one gets opportunity to learn various things from different departments and different activities held at the campus.

I don't find any, just the culture as university is strict regarding timings etc but it's good for longtime aspects One gets to become disciplined.

There is a lot of politics and the management know but they can't take any action against this. They only Hire reference people
