No ontime salary. Stressful work environment. There is no company culture. This is not a employee friendly organisation. They don't care about employees. Sudden layoff anytime No flexible working hours,we have to stay inside office for 8hrs. Which creates more stress. Micromanagement to the core.

1)I've gained a lot of useful knowledge, which is great for my job. 2)They pay me well, which is fair given my experience. 3)The bosses pay attention to our ideas, making it a good workplace. 4)Good mentors and managers create a positive atmosphere, making it easier for us to learn and grow. 5)Develeopers get to work on the frontend, backend and database, allowing us to learn a wide range of skills. This variety enriches our experience and contributes to our professional growth.

Dislikes

1)Not enough bathrooms for everyone, which can be annoying. 2)Parking is a problem at the Vizag office, making parking tough. 3)Sometimes the work gets busy during certain releases and gets a bit stressful. 4)Limited remote work opportunities make it challenging to achieve a flexible work-life balance. 5)Drinking water facility is also a problem, affecting accessibility for employees

Likes

Incredible work environment with many benefits like health insurance, paid leaves and timely bonus. The company also pushes everyone to upskill and provides resources for learning which is very helpful. The overall work-life balance here is also good.

Less optional holidays.

The work culture here is vibrant and energetic, every day is fun .One has the sense of a very strong commitment to ethics and values , refreshing no doubt. I remember that in one of the team projects recently , some ethical decisions had to taken and it inspiring how the company values guided us through doing everything with integrity

At times, this stress high ethical standards slows decision making , but enables us to be true to ourself

Likes

Work becomes exciting and cooperative when part of a dynamic team. The energy and creativity shown by the team make every project enjoyable. Whenever er have a discussion on new project, we sit together share our thoughts and collectively bring somethings unique to the table that could benefit the project. Also, I personally want to thank the company for comprehensive health insurance coverage
