1)Not enough bathrooms for everyone, which can be annoying. 2)Parking is a problem at the Vizag office, making parking tough. 3)Sometimes the work gets busy during certain releases and gets a bit stressful. 4)Limited remote work opportunities make it challenging to achieve a flexible work-life balance. 5)Drinking water facility is also a problem, affecting accessibility for employees

Incredible work environment with many benefits like health insurance, paid leaves and timely bonus. The company also pushes everyone to upskill and provides resources for learning which is very helpful. The overall work-life balance here is also good.

No ontime salary. Stressful work environment. There is no company culture. This is not a employee friendly organisation. They don't care about employees. Sudden layoff anytime No flexible working hours,we have to stay inside office for 8hrs. Which creates more stress. Micromanagement to the core.

Work becomes exciting and cooperative when part of a dynamic team. The energy and creativity shown by the team make every project enjoyable. Whenever er have a discussion on new project, we sit together share our thoughts and collectively bring somethings unique to the table that could benefit the project. Also, I personally want to thank the company for comprehensive health insurance coverage

The company does a great job in terms of offering leadership, irrespective of experience. This allows me to take a leadership role on the project quite early in my career. Further getting the chance to explore cross-functional roles has truly enhanced my career
