Company intended to keep me life long as for being expertise in credit underwriting, Credit policy framing, risk analisis and control with a quick online verification quality of all titles deeds, search reports from empanelled lawyers, KYC & Financial. The profile was all in one and the cheapest overall fro the company. I created a very attractive environment of helping nature and cooperation to each other. The management was not fully centralized but partially authorized to local officials to take decisions at regional level. Company policies were verall average considering ongoing financial conditions of the company.
