1. If you have experience don’t go to Akm global because they will not pay you for work they will pay you for nothing. 2. All employees will keep eye on you. When you are coming when you leaving. What you are wearing and what you are doing in office. Seniors give wfh to their favourite employees. 3. They just have n number of useless employees who don’t know basic accounting but they are working. 4. If you give your 100% still they will not give you good hike. 5. They hire low wages employees. 6. They terminate employee by giving all nonsense reasons. Or they force them to resign. 7. Even I am not suggesting my friends to go to this company because my experience was horrible.

I liked nothing apart from Holi Celebration in Company.

... will terminate you on the basis of your performance. No parameters to test. 7. Can’t afford to pay the “notice period” salary as well and will always try to give early release to all the employees. 8. Employees would not be heard, their problems and issues won’t be addressed. 9. One mistake and you are done, they will terminate you. 10. Don’t have any strong back up to pay salaries. 11. No parity, some are doing complete work from home, some are on work from office and some are on hybrid model & you can’t even raise your voice for injustice. 12. Too much unprofessional managers. 13. Never trust on management’s words.

But just for that money they make your life a living hell. Even after I quit, they didn’t provide any transparency in the F &F procedures and the team is always rude because I did not choose to stay with them.

...full of themselves. They made my life hell while working and even after leaving. The management doesn’t pay attention to how the lower management is handling the associates. They say they value mental health of their employees but nothing actually matters to them. All they need from their employees is that we work for crazy hours and be answerable to them for each and every moment. Flexibility in remote work environment is a myth for them.
