It is good for freshers but in the name of promotions they make increase of 1500 or 1000 rupees, every time they make calls sitting on the head, have to make calls the whole time, their satisfaction is not good They mean what your targets mean

Time par aao fir bhi target na ho to 7.30 tab betho office me hi jab aapki TL ka man hoga tab aapko Jane degi ghar salary bhi bohut let dete h ye log 15 , 15 se 25 tak or incentive ka toh pta hi nhi hota kab milega

Working environment was good and my TL was very helpful

Salary structure was very bad they don't give fix salary they never paid my fixed salary gave only 50% or less and also after working 20 days of next month.structure unka month 1st to 1st h but salary after 15 and also 2 Sunday's working sometimes And also too much politics

Previously it was good company. We were getting proper apparaisal for our work. Our salaries were getting credited on time. Were were being treated like assests.

But now no one really cares about your growth. U need to forget about your self respect and also about ur salary . Because ur salares will be credited till 20th of next month.

Staff, culture, working environment terrible. Survival and job security is not easy for the fixed salary employees.

Politics, Management doesn't care about the employees. Salary is not acceptable according to your work and career growth is very slow. No HR Team for support single HR handle whole company.
