...from HO, Fund arrangements, only own branch initiating ( marketing, Funds etc ) # As per profit make receive yearly low bonus # There is no complimentary for staffs, like tour etc.. # Students placement, Expecaily direct Airprt and Airline.. # Cant arrange any Direct Airline interview

Akbar Academy is brand company, top world premium circle member, Especially in Airport Management, Travel and Tourism, IATA, Hospitality and Degree courses, This firm has give a lot of opportunities to prove my self and i have been part of it for more than 15 years, There are lots of other companies in Akbar Group under , like Study abroad.. Tours & Travels , Holidays, Hospital, etc...

I like mainly the unity among all the principals and staffs who supports us in every aspects regarding the subjects and exams. And also a great support from Nikhil Sir, who is willing to hear the needs of each and every academies requirement.

Dislikes

Only thing that i feel lacking in the academy is the advertisement not being centralised or not getting the financial support for the advertising and lead generation.

Akbar is a very reputed company. as for me, i got a job here as soon as i completed the IATA course.I found it to be a secure platform..it felt very safe.

They do not understand the probloms.And i have had to face some small problems.i am very sorry that i was misunderstood because of that.Then training should be given to the teachers from time to time.The affairs of the academy should be attended to from time to time

I had recently completed a language and Softkills training at Akbar academy Thrissur, very poor staff and one teacher is always furious. A teacher must have patience as their first quality. Poor kids. Hasna is the name of the teacher who blackmails the students saying she won't give placement assistance for irrelevant reasons. Poor students.
