Work environment and culture not better and not bad. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a many type of laps like not good management of site and he not provide proper tools and standard goods, Company policies are so loose, appraisals are fair and they not give timely salary and not hike and bonus every year only they give bonus only 3-5000 pr year.
