this company is managed by three directors, each with conflicting opinions. One says one thing, another contradicts it, and the third outright refuses. this lack of alignment creates confusion at the top, leading to a stressful environment for both the directors and employees. there is a serious lack of professionalism in how employees are treated. appraisals are either non-existent or negligible, regardless of performance. Expect to be on duty 24x7, with little regard for work-life balance. Overall this is one of the worst companies to work for. join only if you are prepared to compromise your career and personal well-being.
