No proper response for every month salary need to keep on following them there is no respective person for managing I keep calling some saved contacts all are telling I'm no more working in akal

It's been 2 years single rupee increment also given no bonus nothing they have given insurance which is waste they tell only when met with accident you will be covered

Akal is the best organisation.work culture and staff is very good..salary on time everything is good about akal.. looking forward for promotion

Only Name Akal is not good it should be like IT COMPANIES name

There is no pressure from the company side nor does the company compel us to do any work forcefully.

Dislikes

...issue. They are working as a vendor so the company follow the instructions only. There is no salary and career growth. New joinee face lots of challenges without any training and guidence.

Dislikes

The job is terrible as no scope of growth and they don't pay the salary at time. Moreover, they offer you a profile of a Program Manager and take work from you of an executive. You feel stressed working with their clients as Akal offers you contract jobs in your own country, you feel like you are a victim of fraud and feel to end your career.

Likes

Good and genuine people don’t have voice to be heard and they are suppressed by so called seniors. If you resign from there…then lots of politics gonna be played along.

Dislikes

Atmosphere is not promoting for others to grow . Skill is not that valued ..salary is big constraint. Double faced management. In my case, Dues are yet to be cleared even after 1.5 yrs of exit. No one responds.
