...anagement. HR is like Jocker. Appointment letter problem. Ridiculous paycycle. HR always ready to cut salary. No benefits. No leaves , even in public holidays. Not recommend to join

aka logistics is a big contractor of DVC. the positive point is the company provided salary in actual time.

i dislike under following point. 1. the company may be career groth in head office but it's not career helpful at site. 2. due to some local problem it's too much life risk job at site. 3. work environment and accommodation at sit is too much unhealthful. 4. as a site accountant it's too much critical to controlling co. cash and it's not career growth as a site accountant.

...s, which has led to confusion and disorganization among peons and other staff. Aka Logistics does not provide adequate compensation or benefits for peons, despite the important role we play in the company's operations. There is a lack of time management for peons in the company, which disbalances our work and life as we work all day and get paid less compared to the work we do. The Promotion System in the company is too bad in the company

You get lear many things over here but you will not get good benefits over your salary or your life.

For dislike many things are there. One thing is the word Babu. You get to hear this thing over here and it very disgusting. Bcz everything done here by this babu.

At Head office 2nd Saturday and 4th Saturday off. Sunday generally off. And 9.30am to 6.30pm duty hours. Company providing travel allowance and fooding allowance to workers at plant or site area as per policy. And company own guest house facility with fooding also available at plant area. 24hrs Shifting duty 8hrs. Per shift. Very cash rich company. Still now this current situation company financially very strong.

Dislikes

1.No timely salary. But company financially strong. 2.Only 15days allowed for all purpose leave. Non encashable leave. 3.No flexible duty hours allowed here. 4.More than 13 years over of this Company but still they have no SOP. So daily daily new process maintaining here which can fall you in trouble. And nobody will give you instruction over the mail or in written to maintaining the process because instructor also confused due to lack of enough knowledge. After 1 hour he or she can change his own decision also. 5.All working process of this company is out of world. 6.After appraisal nobody will get Revised Salary Annexure or CTC breakup from this company. 7.Nobody will get Gratuity from this company. Every after 4 years management will change your company payroll. Because they have many small company. 8.No Sr. Manager can't be stable here more than six month just because of worthless illiterate typical minded director and chairman and some family members of owner. Highly qualified gentleman person will not get respect from here. 9. AKA HR will call you for job but after selection they may change your company payroll.
