1.No timely salary. But company financially strong. 2.Only 15days allowed for all purpose leave. Non encashable leave. 3.No flexible duty hours allowed here. 4.More than 13 years over of this Company but still they have no SOP. So daily daily new process maintaining here which can fall you in trouble. And nobody will give you instruction over the mail or in written to maintaining the process because instructor also confused due to lack of enough knowledge. After 1 hour he or she can change his own decision also. 5.All working process of this company is out of world. 6.After appraisal nobody will get Revised Salary Annexure or CTC breakup from this company. 7.Nobody will get Gratuity from this company. Every after 4 years management will change your company payroll. Because they have many small company. 8.No Sr. Manager can't be stable here more than six month just because of worthless illiterate typical minded director and chairman and some family members of owner. अगर कोई जॉब छोड़ने के लिए बोले तो बिना termination letter, aur notice period ke mat छोड़ना, Paise kat lete hai pure, Mujhe to nikala tha aur fir bhi mere 15 din ke paise kat diye ,notice period ke नाम पर पैसे भी 90 दिन में दिए वो भी रोकर

Toxic culture, no proper work allocation, lots of politics and disrespectful behavior with employees, all policy are made to defraud employee, no timely FNF and deducting salary, forcing to leave company

There are many things to love at AKA. Top leadership is very knowledgeful and supportive for new joiner. The colic's are also very friendly. Company has a very good hold in the industry. You can explore the opportunities to grow your career. They celebrate every festivals in large scale, good arrangement for employees.
