These are the few things i like about Ajmal group, Management - BB,MHM,SMB,ANTONY SAGAYA - Best reason to work in Ajmal even after I got good offers from Lootah and some other companies. Environment- Ajmal provide a family environment if you are open to everyone, chilling - Good cafeteria and best prayer room in my experiences. job security - They won’t terminate you until they want to terminate you.

Dislikes

Unfortunately unlikely most of other MANAGERS who are very accommodative , My FIRST LINE manager was DIRECT opposite. He didn’t not help me find success in my work and I was isolated, didn’t receive any credit that I deserved also blamed double for someone mistake which I am not even responsible, kept very low Apart from that I like him cos he is good guy.

Likes

The company treats its employees as family and have an attachment. There are lot of hidden benefits which is rarely seen in such organizations.

Dislikes

One thing which I saw was lacking...was that All the employees need to be appreciated and acknowledged more often for their efforts and innovations. There are often below the hierarchy staff who go unappreciated, unacknowledged and unrecognized which often leads to low morale, low self esteem and low enthusiasm in work. Other than that, it's great to work.

Employee gets maximum support from company, colleagues were supportive to new joiners, overall a satisfactory working with ajmal

Dislikes

Hardly any appraisal by the managers and slow growth even after 5-6 years as I have noticed about my colleagus.And mostly the company won't provide food, accommodation and transportation as I believe they should provide these basic facilities for the convenience of the employes.

Likes

Nothing but I lost my personal identity. Yes sometimes they do some useless training. it's a double standard company.

Dislikes

There is no standard open and fixed policy in this company. Management are looting the company and do exploitation to their workers directly and indirectly. I was been terminated why still now I don't know. Behaiver of the director are so illmannered it's beyond words to explain. Always there is double standard policy.

No growth No promotions only boot polish to the seniors if u want to stay...GM sales is the worst he use abusive language... at the end MHM is the owner... poor professional qualty .... All the Best to those says BOSS is alwys ryt...

Dislikes

No progress and growth very very low chances of promotions if you are staying in company for a decade than u have a chance when your sales manager likes you..only One man show in Ajmal HE IS MHM uses vulgur language. Qualification no value if anybody wants to live like slave go and join
