no job security and no satisfaction because all time director of the group is treat you like a labour and promotion is given only when you give him resign and they are totally depend on you for a particular work, work life balance is worst here because there is a time to come but no exact time to go from the duty.

I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable , high quality products..I also like the employee re-hire policy here...All seniors are very supportive..

The work pressure is very high...Managers do not value individuals which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the time...

Yaa ofcourse if there is Good there is bad too..I think company should improve more on Sales Applications for smoother communications.
