compensation is decent ,but grwth is slow. the work pressure is very high somtimes i have to work 14-16 hours in a day as i have to attend clients call in the evening and somtimes late into the night.

Owners are Good in Behaviour. Also they provide opportunity to new comers to proof theirselves.

Dislikes

HOD's are not technical.Even they are failed to make a smooth system for their juniors. They also ask for action plans, responses etc from their juniors against any accident defects & customer complaints even without guiding & giving them to technical support. All credits of juniors efforts & hardwork have been taken by the HODS & juniors have been fired out from the job after failures. HODS are interested in taking their salary & increment by fooling the management. An employee can never balance his/her personal life. Keep bringing the calls even after leaving the company. Company is run all day including sunday sometimes in the festival also. Shift timing 10 - 10.5 hrs daily.

Nothing. You will be treated just like a worker and nothing more. Upper management is oblivious or they just dont care about the employees. While mid management is very abusive and dont leave any chance to exploit their employees. You will not be given any chance to explore your ideas and your enthusiasm will be crushed by the management favoured mid level employees. If you dont know politics stay way. This is not the place for you.

Too much Politics No appreciation for your work. Work life balance will be zero. Anybody can interfere with your work and you will be held responsible for all that goes wrong even if its not your area. No growth opportunity Even if you join at a higher position you will be treated no better than a worker Rampant bribery by some employees and HR
