Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

company timings are good and paid leaves are provided and short leaves also.

Dislikes

work culture is very bad office environment is also very toxic and negative. Peoples do politics. You can do your 100% but owner is not satisfied for your at all & their behaviour is also very bad to treat employees. No appreciation given to employees. salary budget is very low. I will not saying all things here but i will not recommend this company to any employees like me. I dont want to let peoples in this toxic environment in thats why im writing this review anonymously.
