First of All, if you know how to do buttering & oiling then Join here, else stay away. Salary & Benefits- Staffs & Store Manager does not get proper salary , learning & development, even after achieving the target you will not be getting incentives. They will give different irrelevant reasons which Is not in store manager control. Internal Theft :- There is a Cycle. Company deprive worker , paying less & try to fill up their own pocket. Now listen, Procurement Manager Mr. Ghosh earn huge by cash back by his selective vendor by giving low quality shoes in higher price, Marketing & Admin guys earns commission from Repair & Maintenance & marketing activities with exorbitant high rates, DGM Sales Dasgupta, who is like " Korte hobe" doesn't know how, doesn't have any idea about business is recruiting vendors, if he can earn some thing. Retail Manager Chatterjee again some one doesn't know how to drive business is roaming around only, earning from tour expenses! The BDM earning from Broker & Landlord. The ASMs & TSIs also trying to earn from TA bill. So every high & middle level management team is trying to steal it from company again. So Cycle complete. Karma paying back to management!

There is nothing to like in this company. Higher management only like buttering, they don't want to listen ground realities from Store Manager like us. Sales staffs are being paid low. Huge internal politics. You will only survive if you know how to do politics. No one bothers about the TA bills of ASMs, TSIs, the tour expenses & it's actual out come, why ASMs/RM/TSIs need to travel every day. But bothers about Store Team incentives. The average tour bill is fake, few TSIs ask Us to manage fake hotel bill, from local conveyance bill they earn. But mere 5,000- 6,000/- incentives not paid to us even after achieving 90% of Store budget.

...ompany in footwear trade company is reliable work environment is also very good. Company policies are good with bonus and Incentive.

Company head office staff are not proper co-operate with us. Career growth is very slow

My overall experience was little good, work Culture is very poor, management is wrong, if you are not deserve a higher post you never get any facilities.

It is a factory where new one can not get stability.

In this factory there is lack of work culture. New comers can't get stability. They pay good money but no satisfaction of job and no job security.
