Lot of politics was there, when I worked in 2007-08. No job security even my 3 months salary And expenses is still pending there.

There is freedom to work and the coordination between the departments for any related work is very good and job security also good.

... no provision and policy for accidental insurance etc. There is no bonus system. The salary structure is not good for the fresher candidates as per their qualification.
