...ees is moderate. appraisal is not that what the exceptions are but what you get. Work life adjustment is comfortable, salary arrives on time, facility are good, employees of hr are good to interact with.

When product need fast dispatch the manager will be shouting the whole day. Some time the officer are told to continue the next shift without intimation. Some times there are verbal spats with daily wage workers when officers guide them to work

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow . There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign .on the job training is a not given to new joinees

It provides great career growth and opportunities. Teammates are also very cooperative, supportive and also shares current updates related to regulatory standards and also implement those updations. They conduct very good on-job as well as class-room trainings.

It gives compensation, which is decent but growth is slightly slow.
