If you do not misuse the flexible work timings / work from home and you just concentrate on your work and show case your skills, you will not find a dislike.

If you like to learn new things and new technologies this organization is made just for you. If you like to work without pressure from some one. I have around 10 years of experience and this is one of my best experience i am going through. Lot of learning opportunities and lots of joy. The team is supportive and helping in nature.

Work from home facility , pay scale.

Dislikes

There is no job security in the company at all. They hire you & fire you whenever they feel like. There are no proper policies , procedures, work ethics in the company. Culture is not good as well due to office politics.
