Great Organization to work, Deepak (Joseph), Abhishek & Abbas everyone from management is very friendly and knows how to make everyone productive, This was my first company and still after 3 years I miss them sometimes. Great work culture and work life balance. Everything was perfect until COVID and few freshers joined.

Now it's totally changed, nothing like before I think even the management changed now. When I was working everything was perfect until COVID and few freshers joined, I was there 2 years for (2018) freshers salary they blamed covid and didn't give me hike but they hired 13 freshers who Passed out in 2021 for higher salary which is more than mine so I left the organization.

Muthu Selvan and Dinesh . Both are doing great politics. They are planning to terminate any one employee per quater and demanding management to get the salary increment.

I was getting 15.2 LPA in my previous org and now i am being offered 29.5 LPA but the designation is 1 position lower than what i was in my previous org. Should i go ahead with the offer or still negotiate on designation. Protip : i was laid off in my previous org.
