In AIT anyone can share easily problems and issue with upper management and in AIT everry process is transparent.

Their is no Compensation and Benefits for extra hours working and lots of politics arr their.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees. And they expect more out come from new joinees.

Scrum master pushed people to follow rules and regulations as required even they are people higher than his position. I worked under him when he was project manager. He was the best manager I ever had. He would help with issues even at 6 at the morning. Ocassional events are held like independence day, republic day and others. Sometimes games are also played. Except this, there are no other cons I can think of

...oyees mentally. You are hardly given casual leaves. Everyone is enslaved to CTO. Compensation is disgusting here. In three years they incremented to 5 percent each year and my CTC was below 5lpa even though lead gave better rating, VP would say this rating is just formalities,it doesn't matter. So kindly think before joining here, i would never recommend anyone this disgusting place.

They only support you if you are good at your job. They just need to get their task done and Nothing else and you have to work with very less salary as compared to others firms.
