Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.

There is a lot of poltics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Its have robust manufacturing systems Hi tech machine for assembly ,always focus on quality during manufacturering. Focus on standardisation ,follow safety rules,sallary always on time

Company gave us time to time leave on national holiday and food facilities are too good

...ecause one who diploma holder or graduate and then he was moping and sweeping. The main things that the promotion are very poorly and salary increasement too. The supervisor and line leader was full of attitude (because they are owner of company 😀) they said work fastly and achive target. we are humen not machine. Joining of company is contractual basic not permanently after 3 years and 1 year experience then you will eligible for permanent .
