No job security, salary and expanse hold is main problem. Salary comes on 5th of Every month. But there is no surity salary will come.

CEO ( Niraj Sir)is very cooperative and helpful person . Good manufacturing plants having quality of products.

Company has fallen into clutches of some wrong persons at H.O level and thereby good and devoted employees are being ignored and thus leaving this company because of having dirty politics.

I dislike only one things. Bus is always on time while coming in morning but it is always late at time of Departure due to some of the people don't complete work on time or and passing time at 5;30 pm in Aishwarya life SCIENCES

No this the worst company for the fresher in store dept. The senoiur is so arrogant and manger is good for nothing

There is so much politics in the company every one try to demoralize the joiner The work pressure is so high and most important senior is so arrogant and not want to help there joiner to learn the things.
