... off many people without any notice period even if they are the best performers. PF amount is not being credited by them since last three months Mediclaim policy is cancelled now after deducting the amount for months from the salary. The management at first will say the position is urgent, need to onboard. But then won't give the approval for hiring after all the formalities are done. Sometimes they put the position on hold after all the work is done by the team.

First thing is that HR policy is so bad here. Female HR, Ms. Anjana is worst, she just act all sweet but inside all she is do planing plotting against the employees. She doesn't care about staffs, and the way she talks to staff is so rude. Most of us leave company because of her, and our GM, it's seems like he has no backbone. All he do is to harras all of us. Please if anyone see this comments, I request you don't go Aishwarya Celebrity, it's worst company.
