Its was good but now from recent year everything is changed people in administrative staff are corrupted.job security is zero.

...ason...they don't really care how much of your life you spent for the company...this company can give you high salary but that won't matter if your life gets crashed due to its work culture... Wise advise:- Find somewhere else to work do not waste your life here

...ve) for working on the holiday. 4. The canteen food is simple and nice in taste. Even though it deducts little amount from our salary, the quality is better than most of the companies. We get at least one special thing almost everyday.

...ike whole week very easily. They don't do overtime for most of the time also. 6. DET doesn't get Salary slip. The stipend is sent via contractor so, there's no transparency in wage system. He may deduct Salary for any reason and you can't guess the reason. 7. The shift changes every week. Totally destroys the routine of an individual. No fix time for bathing, eating, sleeping.

Not a single point i like. Here all SGET( cheap labour) work pure labour work doing glass handling machine cleaning. Do compulsorily 12 hours without OT. Here no OT for SGET And says your responsibilty to work with your machine.

I am working since 2 year with highly salary 12 k P.M. worst compny ever fake promisis for HR policy and increment i given 12 exam ane 2 interview no increment only probation extend. Finally i quit this job and start tea stall earning more then 12k and i happy with it.

I am having not so bad time in ais...but there is very average standard job satisfaction and salary amount.... actually all I want is the work fild experience certificate...

...out employees. The other employees are horrible with a poor unethical mentality. Salary is worse with no increment. Dog fight happening all the time.
