Very much internal politics People are pipped for no reason even when you complete all the objectives of the PIP they will fire you. At the first sign of any issue, your manager will blame you, even if the manager asked you to do the task that way.

Likes

Latest tech stack. Good salary. Flexible work timing. Access to opportunities to up-skill yourself.

Dislikes

Tight deadlines, sometimes end up being unrealistic. Sometimes you don't know who runs the show for your team and multiple people giving multiple directions, focused on their KRA, and you don't know whose tunes to dance on. (Very specific to my pod, I believe)

Likes

Good Compensation, Learning Curve will definitely steep, even for an experienced professional.

Dislikes

Work Life Balance is not good. Although one doesn't have to work on weekends, the working days are easily extended for more than 9-10 hrs

WLB is great. Compensation is not off wrt to market standards. Job Security is quite strong. Most of my team currently WFH which is an absolutely great benefit. I happen to have a great team and a good manager that adds positives to my experience here.

Dislikes

Promotions are rather delayed in past 2 years. HR is quite inaccessible and not prompt enough for to have a conversation regarding HR addressable issues. PMs for large scale DS projects are a pain.

Great office , good laptop, salary on 26th of every month.

Dislikes

...tival holiday and count that in total of 10 festival holidays in the whole year. Salary could be better also.
