Read every line as if it highlighted or written in capital letters. It’s not an organisation, it’s a stable where employees are literally yelled by management. Gives absolutely no reason before firing. There is no organisation worse than this. They can ask you to work at any time of any day of week. Like 3 AM(i know i am writing AM) at any Saturday or Sunday. Employees are treated no better than herds of cattle. HRs are just puppet. I wrote about working conditions to HR HEAD twice a month and started writing from second month onwards but never heard back in my whole tenure. People who have relations with Management can only stay there. I know i am writing a lot of negatives and someone can easily say this much cannot be true and what about people already working, so let me tell you about that as well. One of my friends worked there and resigned because his doctor said you shouldn’t work in this environment as it is degrading or i should say it causing so much impact on your mental health that you are getting Panic Attacks. Literally no one, repeating NO ONE should join. Or do it and see yourself becoming a slave.

I need this job because I don't want to be a burden on anyone, I want to keep myself and my family can move forward with self-respect.
