Airtel paid me well but the boss Ajay Gupta literally swore to screw my life everyday for the 1 year I worked there. He also made derogatory comments about my WhatsApp picture and asked me out for alcohol which was very uncomfortable for me coming from an elderly married man especially. When I reported him to omsbudperson they simply said he has left the organisation and they can’t do anything. Everyone is horrible to each other in the name of competitive work culture and productivity. I was threatened about job loss in the first week already. Later was history
