Most ridiculous company I have ever work with. They always keep your salary of one month. They give your salary of one month after two months (for this you have to put extra effort by asking your salary like beggars) . No work culture , no environment , even there is no hike, no facilities and very poor management.

Dislikes

Salary delay , No work environment, You will feel that you are a worst than labor here, No salary hike , worst management , You will always be tensed , rude and animal like behavior .

If you are a fresher and don't know anything, and achieve some experience & skills then go for other companies instead of airox nigen.

Owner's behaviour is not good and after resigning company, they didn't give your last month salary. Very inappropriate behaviour of owner mr anil kumar agarwal against her either her employee and clients also.

No time limit, salary hold, toxic environment, Atleast 3 months salary pending, no increment, no any allowances, no paid leave, many employees salary hold, Ruth behaviour, company manager toxic

they are good at talent acquisition, but give false promises, holds salary, and makes you work like dogs. No, self esteem, no commitment.

initially the company was good in hiring people, but gradually the mind set changed in quick money. false commitments to customers, suppliers, contractors every where.

Left the company at the day of joining itself, Reasons - 1.They haven't paid the salaries of their workers from November 2. GM's and management level guys literally abuse you for no reason, no matter you're fresher 3. No work life balance, they just initially inform you that it's a 9-5 job but expect you to work overtime without getting paid for that 4. No perks and benefits at all 5. They are renting and sharing with 3 other companies inside their allotted business space and irony is,those companies are following their lead only like not paying and holding employees salaries.
