Timing were flexible. Stipend was paid on time.

Dislikes

Timing were flexible as per manager but always use to taunt me for working flexibly. Manager tried several time to guilt trip me when shared disagreement on something. Extended internship without raise but in 6 weeks before any warning ended the tenure saying my content were repetitive though he used to assign me similar topics for writing the blog.

Likes

I enjoyed working at Airmeet and I am still enjoying it. They have great learning culture. I gained valuable knowledge and horned my writing skills. Work-life balance is really great here. You get good support from your seniors to learn work related things.

Dislikes

The only thing I care about is "job security."

CEO, decisions made by management not discussed but implemented, lot of pressure to finish a lot things with limited time and expecting great results. Disappointing team bonding and new people feel left out. They laid off so many people from different teams and then put added pressure to make the ones left/hired to finish more work. And hiring interns rather than good, qualified people just makes it 10x harded and it's not a sensible decision.

RTM are horrible, thank god is WFH else you will kill yourself if you have to be in office. people with less education or you can say anyone can be hired by this company to work for them, CO - founders have no idea how bad these employees are.

Startup culture and lot of learning opportunities with experienced people (including experienced founders). Proper timelines are given for development without putting extra pressure on devs , so quality over quantity :) Lot of trips where major part is company sponsored (in one year few folks have been to Goa, Kasol, Thailand and Leh via Airmeet). No upper cap on number of leaves with transparent culture where people do take leaves for travel/mental relaxation.

Dislikes

Permanent remote. Engineering salaries are at least 20%-25% below market rate, expecting them to be corrected via Biannual appraisal.
