Some of the point their is discrimination. It's not mean that airmech is not a good company. Discrimination mean some of senior staff.

Very bad experience, very poor management, no value of workers, suddenly they can cut your salary or overtime or can terminate you without paying, you can’t take lunch before 3:00 pm, even you can’t do breakfast for 5 minutes on site, they will give you accommodation like jail, you can’t go outside of camp even on festival’s, they will not increase your salary. So I want tell to everyone think before join this company because there your freedom is 0.

Very bad experience, very poor management, there is no value of workers, suddenly they can cut your salary or over time or terminate you without pay, without any reason, you can’t do lunch before 3:00 pm, you can’t do breakfast at site for five minutes, they will give you accommodations like jail, you are not allowed to go outside even on festival’s, even they will not increase your salary , every two days they will change your shift even you become sick.

Work satisfaction Very low because My team have only four person difficult to complete my work before completion date. Otherwise my company best for working hours and management also friendly.

Airmech is the only one organisation who gives opportunity to the freshers in the field in HVAC & RAC. Very good support from Mr. Palanisamy & Mr. Raphi jose & Mr. Mukesh tulsiani to the ground level staffs also good seniors and managers we have like Mr. Yashdeep joshi & Mr. Ameen & Mr. Gaurang and all. Nice place for start the carrier.

Nothing is such as you can love at Airmech. They don't even have a proper office area. The workplace is worst and there is 100 years old building where they have one room and they divided according to employees. Never, never ever try to choose Airmech.
