Company is good, but bull shit management people. Unnecessary demotivating to employees. it is WFH job so company feel evryone is doing time pass at home . No encouragement to employees only for mistake they are dominating to employees. very very dominating behaviour of manegement. no travel security,no any deductions like PF and other.No mediclaim for employees. Nothing to do here. manager is bypassing to employees only taking credit of the work here . no skill development.
