What to say about my company amazing since I joined in the year 2009 until corona period we use to work from office, after corona we started wfh and offfice has shifted to different location, though the management has maintained all the require work culture and personal life balanced, here I don;t think any disappointment but one thing salary hikes are not happened everytime we need to have patience on that front other than that the company is amazing in all aspects.

salary Increment and growth can be slow but it depends on our effort as well.

Krittika banerjee and Avil Dsouza were the worst bosses i have had ever come accross. Work pressure is very high. Very dominating, rude and abisive bosses and managers. I wish if i could erase that part from my life. Krittika banerjee literally used to curse and get personL on your family and your personal life.

Team mates are very cooperative. There is no job security. Career growth opportunity is there but it is not upto standard. We cannot learn anything from Aircheck as job experience is useless. Work enviornment is good. Work life balance is good

The culture, the benefits, promotions are all comparatively less then it should be. Also if you are in management team. You will have no work life balance.
