... engagement level is always so friendly that work culture is a happy to go with. I really appreciate the timings the management they handle about every single thing which is related to an employee like salary, incentives, work life balance and extra benefits. For a female it's going to be an amazing work life journey over here. Kudos to AirBlack and the management. 🙂🙂

Work culture is very bad, No professionalism at all Working hours more than a 10hrs . No work life balance Managers are not disciplined they behave like unprofessional. Worst experience

They will ask you to work 24×7 with lowest pay possible...you will have to literally work for more than 20 hours if you are a person who wants to complete all your work before taking a peaceful sleep. All good peoples have left and barely any responsible left. Especially the management department.

...re different departments through design, ownership of projects and appreciation. Growth, guidance and entertainment are an altogether package. Airblack is like a family, they all work so hard and each and everyone are so dedicated towards work, it's overwhelming to see such work culture. I am more than happy to be a part of this family twice as an intern!

Nothing much bad experience when you left company nobody will consider work experience as it's a startup. Culture was so pathetic as they manipulate people in every different way. Harassment is done at personal level commenting you on each and everything. So overall bad don't go for this startup it closed soon.
