Teammates are awesome.They will help you in everyway possible. Verisk policies are good. You can have Work life balance especially for women it is a good place to work.Flexible 9hr timings.

Compensation is less to the work we do. Favouritsm is there in some teams.small pantry no food available at office. Leads don't encourage for new methods in code/learning process they always want to follow the code which is already existing

Not very good for North Indian as 90% of employees would be South Indian and they get priority over any other region. Also blind faith on leadership team they never be wrong at there no matter what was the issue

Career growth is not at all possible You need to stick with same technology, they update very slowly. They stick with legacy policies

In-efficient monotonous tone in higher management. Back door decisions Managers make personal choices about people they would like and benefits to those people who butter well No cultural programs.Work is boring.
