Management is very bad they will never let u grow. Always try to suppress u from getting trainings and approvals and salary is very bad, almost no increments only 1000 rs increment per year

I like timely promotion on behalf of experience and knowledge. A good salary you have to encourage to work hard & and give effort more and more for the company.

...ical environment in my work. I also don't like approach promotion of employees. If the salary was not enough good employee also not so happy to work employer looking to other company opportunity, for good salary.

Managment dont want give salary hikes even though company is in profits. Discrimination in workplace. for same work if they pay permanent stafff 1 lakh INR then they pay 25,000 INR for FTE.

...ency All duffer staff rejoin after retirement create anxiety in new young staff New educated staff took a little bit salary which is not enough for bread and butter for family 😢😢

We work here with zero tension No production target , no work pressure but I face some salary issues, It is best for parmanent employee not for contractual.

There is not any career progression for cantractual employees. Management cheating to government.
