They taught me, how to steal gift, how to sell samples and foc, how to make fool to the doctor. They have the quality of this.

Dislikes

Salary not on time, gap of 1-2 month, specially in Mumbai. They took meeting on railway station. Stay for training is pathetic, they provided (charpai). They hold expenses for 4-5 months. Politics, Management is worst, they only steal from the company. If company provides gift for the doc, manager take 80% of gifts in the name of doctor, I caught him red handed by selling it. If FOC given to the Manager, they sell it. Yes I learnt how to steal in this company.

Management, I've worked in this company total 3 months but they don't gave me any appointment letter or joining letter this is their management

I AM HAPPY TO STATE THAT AT AIMIL , OUR COMPANY REDUCE ONLY 2 MONTHS SALARY ( MAX 30% ) THAT ALSO BASED ON HOW MUCH ONE IS EARNING . BUT THEY PROVIDE FULL SALARY THOSE WHO ARE EARNING LESS THAN 25000. AND NO EMPLOYEE LAYOFFS DURING THIS DIFFICULT TIME .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. salary is comparatively low and career growth is very slow. There is a bond of 3years before which you can not resign.
