New offer. Confused.
My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter). This new position is closer to my home and does not involve night shifts. The offer letter is attached. I have also requested a ₹95,000 monthly salary increase and am awaiting their response. Could someone advise me on whether I should accept the new offer or remain in my current role?

No fixed salary, lot of fake words, not paying salary on time, no guaranteed job placement in aviation, only helping for job assistance, not recruiting males as much as they do for females for the courses....

It's a big company with various branches all over india. Aviation institute with more than enough funding and they also participated in govt skill development program. Office is quite big, beautiful and neat.

Dislikes

No income for first 3 months of joining. Very few students and we were struggling to get new admissions. Internet connection was mostly interrupted and we couldn't work because of that. Not enought computers and handsets provided. I also read some fraud complaints about aimfill on internet, so I had my doubts.

Nothing but this company is the worst company I ever worked ...When I joined in aimfill center It's filled with dust and Waste.. AC is Not working and their PC system not working properly and they Not even try to fix anything
