I am writing this because of the second reason that i am happy with the management and wants to share this to others who can see this and step in for interview and for their growth. Aimfill encourages those who are career oriented and who wants to prove what they are up to. No company gives an opportunity to express your ideas when comes to the business but Aimfill Does that. Aimfill takes suggestions and feedback from employees regularly for the company growth and for employee sanctification.

Working Days as suggestion, 5 days of work and 2 days off can be considered, its not a complain, its a suggestion.
