The founder does not care about the development cycle which results in unrealistic timelines, poor management. Even the manager and founder was even tech people but they have no idea to create good application and provide good working environment, using old tech, no code review, very bad software architecture A very toxic work place, they agreed to give raise after some months of my joining but did not gave a raise after that, even i already told them my expected salary at the first interview.
