They are paying good salary on time, very clean environment.

They don't give time to eat, they don't give any break within work that is very inhuman, they only listens to permanent employee working there and ignore all the complaints of contractual workers

There is no facilities of contractual staff. never give salary on time. I have completed graduation but they hired me on 12th basis. my experience in AIIMS is very bed. I never recommend to someone to join this company. Thank you

Aiims (All india institute of medical sciences) Raipur is autonomous medical institute under in central government of work culture and management is good. And I had better experience in Aiims organisation.

Job security and organisation job policy is not good because not salary increase annually and limited contract base job.

It was an awesome feeling while working with AIIMS. Salary part is very good work culture is quite little politics is involved. Work environment is different in different departments, because there are various segments and I worked in 2 segments in AIIMS.

Politics of seniors and colleagues. I can't trust anyone there.

Lot or people - staff and patients, very crowdd. Lot of work but u also gets down time. Lot of food at lot of canteens.

very risky behavior of staff to patients. poor patient also have to pay, they make u go to yusuf sarai shops to buy items for dialyisis n other procedures.
